In 1992 we started this firm because we wanted to work in a place where it was fun everyday, somewhere where our ideas could flourish and be respected, a place where challenging authority was applauded, a place with very few rules, where nobody told you what to do, somewhere where people could come and live up to their full potential and somewhere where everyone had the freedom to just make a lot of really good stuff up!

And as for rules we only have a couple of them.
